Lodder Park

In Lodder Park we made our first attempt at multiplicity. We were inspired by Hamiltons night life and wanted to bring the night into the day. With bright, very large streetlights, we began to decorate the sides of Lodders parkway path. although our original to create three of these streetlights we encountered many problems that prevented us from doing so.

Although we usually check the weather to avoid chalk drawing in the rain, we had never felt the need to check the wind forecast until this day. the wind was harsh and it seemed like the lines we drew simply blew away the moment they were drawn. The grounds was also very rough, and seemed to have glass shards in it. Our fingers disintegrated. Our pants ripped in several spots simply from kneeling and sitting on the ground. because of the wind and rough ground our chalk was used up very quicky and we ran out of chalk to complete a third streetlight.

after returning three days later it seemed like the only thing that had changed was the the drawing were faded slightly.
